Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start! Form is the most important thing we will work on, to ensure you move in the right way.
Absolutely not! An important goal for me is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside in your yard, or mine, in a local park or in your house, we'll set up a plan for you. I also provide online sessions for at home workouts.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
Before your first session, I will send you my intake forms which will give me some information about your health history, and we will talk about your goals. I will then plan a first session that allows me to assess your movement patterns before we progress to more challenging movements.
